Easy recipe to put together. I like to make it 1 or 2 days before serving for better flavor. Serve with your favorite tortilla chip.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 1 (2 ounce) package Buddig beef, chopped
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper, finely chopped or

    1 (4 ounce) can chopped jalapenos

  • 1 bunch green onions plus greens, chopped

  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes (drained)

Directions

    Mix well and refrigerate.

Maybe it is a Wisconsin thing. Made this for the Labor Day get together and it was gone! Lots of compiments and was told I should make it for the next get together. I added another 1/2 jalepeno just cause my family likes heat. Thanks for a great recipe.
