Kaye's Mexican Casserole Verde

SERVES 6 , 1 casserole (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 400*F.

    Brown meat with chopped onion and minced garlic; drain.
  3. 3
    Add green chilies, mushroom and chicken soups and 1 can of enchilada sauce to meat and simmer.

    Spray deep dish with cooking oil.
  5. 5
    Layer ingredients with Doritos, pouring a little enchilada sauce over each layer.

    Finish with a layer of cheese.

    Cook for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Let cool 10 minutes to set up.
