Katrina's Cauliflower Salad

From Katrina, a family recipe that she was generous enough to share with me. Yum!

SERVES 12 , 12 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Cut cauliflower apart, removing stalks and core. Cut and crumble cauliflower florets into small pieces.

    Layer the lettuce on the bottom.
  3. 3
    Layer the cauliflower, onion, bacon.
  4. 4
    Repeat until lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon are used.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle a layer of cheese on the top.
  6. 6
    Seal with mayonaise.
  7. 7
    Chill overnight.
  8. 8
    Stir all ingredients to mix when ready to serve.
