Kasia's Broccoli Salad

This delicious, crisp, refreshing and simple broccoli salad is great for any occasion. The recipe makes a large portion so it is great for pot lucks and bbq's. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

    Once all ingredients have been washed and chopped, add them into a large bowl. Mix in the Mayo, lemon juice and sugar. Stir until all ingredients have been coated in the dressing.

    Place the salad into the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
