Just Peachy Pork Chops (Or Chicken)

I was moving and i needed to use up some of the items in my fridge. So i started with the seasoning

SERVES 5 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Seaon pork chops (or chicken) with season salt, pepper to taste and add garlic and onion.
  2. 2
    Brown in olive oil.
  3. 3
    In a bowl combine peach preserves, cayenne pepper and chili sauce.Pour over browned meat.
  4. 4
    Simmer porkchops 30 mins on med low with lid on (for chicken place in 350 F oven for thirty minutes ).

    Add small amounts of water if necessaryand baste twice while cooking.
  6. 6
    I served it with rice and a salad.
