Chicken With Tarragon, Garlic & Olives

Wonderful filling supper for DH and DS. This makes a meal in one in basically no time. I did omit the jalapeno's per families request and subbed swiss cheese for the gouda. There's really nothing to add to this recipe as it's just a great all around dish. Made for PRMR.

We are already planning on having this again! I couldn't find gouda, so I had to substitute swiss cheese. Hubby raved about the topping, (I guess I've never done that before, hmm). Can never go wrong with mac and cheese in our house. Loved the addition of jalapenos and mustard powder, Delish! Thanks for sharing
