I have been making these sausage balls for many years now. I always make them around christmas and thanksgiving for partys and just to have around the house for friends that stop by. They are great! A Must Try Appetizer.

SERVES 8 -10 , 8 dozen (change servings and units)

Directions

  1. 1

These are wonderful! I made some up tonight because school starts tomorrow and I wanted a quick little breakfast for the kids in the morning. I think they ate half of them just munching so I KNOW that I will have to make more. I only ended up with about 5 dozen, but I think that was mainly because I only used 2 cups of cheese. I did end up having to use about 3/4 cup of milk to get mine to stay together though. I'm so glad I found this recipe because the rosemary is such a nice touch and I wouldn't have thought of it on my own. Thanks for posting a new family favorite!!!
