Jerk Marinade and Sauce

We had this on our trip to Jamaica and got the recipe from the Chef. It is AMAZING!!! We put this sauce in everything (burgers, chicken, pork, etc...) Its SPICY so please make it to your liking.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

    Put all first 12 ingredients together in a blender.

    Blend until all ingredients are smooth.

    Leave marinade on your choice of meat over night.

    Bake or Grill your meat.

    To make Jerk Sauce - Mix all the Jerk Marinade ingredients together with tomato paste & Pineapple Juice cooled.

    Blend until all ingredients are smooth.

    Put finished product into a pan and simmer for 10 - 15 minute.
