Jenny's Muesli

Based on Jenny's muesli. I have double oats and halved oil.

SERVES 20 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Optional

  • nuts
  • chopped dried fruit

Directions

    Melt honey and oil in saucepan, pour over remaining ingredients.

    Bake in oven for 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.

    Cool.

    Add optional dried fruit.

    Store in air-tight jars.
