This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't cooked any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier.

SERVES 4 , 1 lobster stew (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Drain lobster. Reserve liquor, and flake meat. Melt butter. Add onion, celery and green pepper, and cook 2 minutes over low heat. Add water, cover and cook 5 minutes. Add lobster liquor and flaked lobster. Heat thoroughly and add scalded milk.

    Season to taste with salt and paprika. add minced parsley. Serve with hot crackers.
