I LOVE JELL-O MOLDS. Change up the flavors & fruits! Prep time does not include final chilling time, chill longer if the cool whip/jell-o is not setting firmly after 5 minutes.

SERVES 6 , 1 jell-o mold (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. 2
Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened, about 1 1/2 hours.
  3. 3
Measure 1/3 cup and pour into any 5+ cup mold/bundt pan, sprayed with cooking spray, and chill for 5 minutes.
  4. 4
Measure 3/4 c of gelatin and blend into 1 1/2 C of whipped topping. Spoon over bottom layer and chill for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5
Add peaches to remaining gelatin, and carefully spoon into container.
  6. 6
    Chill 4 hours or overnight.
