A fast and delicious dessert

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

    In a greased baking dish, place the bananas.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
  4. 4
    Mix orange juice and rum and pour around the bananas.
  5. 5
    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Serve with a dollop of coconut cream or ice cream.

These were warm yummy goodness! I used them as a sweet side dish, but will be making them again, to serve over ice cream. The OJ imparts a little citrus flavor that mixes nicely with the rum. Thanks for sharing Deantini!

    Used a bit more rum than required but oh so good served with vanilla ice cream. Made for ZWT5.

    This was tasty. Do note that the liquid doesn't thicken up, more that the bananas absorb the liquid. Served with coconut ice cream! Thanks for the recipe!
