Delicious popper recipe, that is a crowd pleaser!! I made 60 for a party of 18 and they were gone within an hour! Enjoy!

SERVES 60 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Fry and drain bacon. Chop into small bits.
  3. 3
    With gloves, cut jalapenos lengthwise and de-seed.
  4. 4
    In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayo, bacon, cheddar, and spices. Mix well until a smooth consistancy.

    Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese mixture and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
