This is my version of a classic, very easy and even a spinach hater will love this.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

    Thaw spinach and drain excess liquid.

    Brown ground beef and onion.

    Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.

    Add noodles and seasoning.

    Add spinach.

    When serving top with a sprinke of mozzarella cheese.
