Made just as directed and thought it was delish. Made for holiday tag and will certainly make again when cilantro is ready in my friends garden. No garden for me this year, so I'm bumming all over the county. Made for holiday tag.

I so enoyed the flavors in this dressing! I used Emeril's seasoning for the creole, and loved it over greens and veggies. Thanks Diner! Made in appreciation of all the hard work you did as host of the Sumer Spectacular game.

This was absolutely WONDERFUL ~ flavorful, tangy and spicy all at once. I loved the orange juice and the mix of spices ~ paprika, oregano, thyme and cayenne blended to make a perfect seasoning, while the honey slightly sweetened. Served over a salad of mixed baby greens alongside Cajun Sauteed Shrimp. A new keeper, made for ZWT5!
