From Theresa Goble, Muscatine, OH and found in TOH Heartwarming Soups. I haven't tried this one yet but it sounds interesting. The four hours prep time is chill time.

    Stir yogurt in a large bowl until smooth. Add chicken broth again whisking until smooth. Stir in the olives, cucumber, green onion and green pepper. Season with white pepper and refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours.

    Garnish with croutons as you wish just before serving.
