This ice cream cake is so easy to put together and people will really think you went all out. It's made with ice cream sandwiches, but everytime I've made it, people can't figure out how I made perfect cookie layers in between the ice cream! Then.. the caramel and fudge... oh it's a winner!

SERVES 12 , 1 cake (change servings and units)

Ingredients

24 ice cream sandwiches
1 (12 1/4 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
1 (11 3/4 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping
2 (8 ounce) containers Cool Whip

Directions

Line a 13x9 pan with 12 ice cream sandwiches. (you will need to break a few of them to fit).

Pour half of each of the jars of fudge and caramel over sandwiches.

Line the remaining 12 ice cream sandwiches on top.

Pour remaining fudge and caramel topping over sandwiches.

Spread cool whip over the entire cake and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Decorate however you wish!
