I worked on this recipe for a while before I found one that I was pleased with. The basic recipe is really good but if you like olives omit the salt and water and add I cup of green Israeli olives chopped and 1/2 cup olive brine.

SERVES 15 , 6 cups (aprox) (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
In a food processor blend the garlic, then add the rest of the ingredients slowly adding water until smooth (or the olive brine if you are making olive hummus). Garnish with dried parsley or zatar. Enjoy!
