Hot Vanilla Honey Milk

an amazing drink to sip on a cold winter night, and also a great reliever to sore throats! Kids and adults alike love this delicious, comforting drink. The spices and sweetener can be ajusted to taste, but i think that below is the recipe perfected. Also, you can use any type of milk that you like, including whole, soy or rice, i just used skim to keep it light and healthy. Enjoy!

SERVES 1 , 1 cup (change servings and units)

    1. Get out mug of your choice, and put honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon in bottom. Set aside.

    2. In a seperate mug, warm up milk for 2 minutes or until hot in microwave.
  3. 3
    3. Poor hot milk over honey and spices, stir until dissolved. Taste to make sure it is sweet enough, if not add in more honey.

    4. Microwave for one more minute, or until desired temperature is reached.
