This is my mum's favourite appetizer recipe- everyone who tries it asks for the recipe, even my cousin who only ever eats junk food! Serve with bread to dip in.

SERVES 4 -6 , 1 dip (change servings and units)

    Combine all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a large souffle dish or ramekin.
