This is an old recipe that I've used for a long time. The level of "heat" depends on which peppers you use and how much chile pepper you like. Enjoy.

SERVES 6 -8 , 8 jars (change servings and units)

    Chop all ingredients into small even pieces. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 1 1/2 hours or put in a crockpot and let cook for 8 hours on low.
