I thought the beef had a good taste to it. I did use prepared horseradish instead of horseradish sauce. My husband commented that it could use some more horseradish- but then there were some bites that the horseradish had stuck to and it tasted perfect. All in all- I will make again.

I was disappointed in this recipe. It had a hint of sweetness to the sauce and I was expecting it to have a bite due to the horseradish. If I decide to try again I will not use "horseradish sauce" and just use prepared horseradish.
