    Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

    Add zucchini, honey, oil, and eggs.

    Stir to moisten.

    Pour into two greased loaf pans.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes until toothpick come out clean.

    Bake muffins in paper liners at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
