Easy make ahead meal for OAMC

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Over medium heat in large skillet, saute pork in oil until browned on all sides (15 minutes).
  2. 2
    Add gravy mix, water, honey, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar and garlic. Stir well.
  3. 3
    Cover and reduce heat to low, simmering for 15 minutes (sauce will thicken).
  4. 4
    Lastly, add onions and peppers. Cool and transfer to ziplock freezer bag or container.
  5. 5
    On cooking day: empty into covered saucepan, heating until veggies are tender and is heated through.
