This is a very light and refreshing dessert that's good for you. We made 2 batches, one with orange juice and one with pineapple juice (both were quite delicious). Recipe from Taste of Home/Dorothy Smith of El Dorado, Arkansas. Thank you Dorothy for such a yummy recipe! Cooking time excludes freezing time.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 20 ounces peaches (frozen and sliced, partially thawed)

  3. 3

  4. 4
Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving and garnish with reserved peaches.
