Easy Easy Citrus Salad, and a refreshing combination of flavors. Great for a light lunch or served before your main meal.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

    in large bowl stir together oil, vinegar and honey.

    add remaining ingredients, toss well to coat.
  3. 3
    To Section Grapefruit or Oranges:.
  4. 4
    1) using sharp paring knife, remove the peel and white membrane by cutting in a spiral pattern.
  5. 5
    2) for each section, cut toward the center of the fruit between the section and the membrane.
  6. 6
    3) turn knife, sliding knife down the other side of the section next to the membrane. remove any seeds.
