Very good & easy! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is just because I'm just not used to sweet meats so it kind of throws me for a loop...but picky 8YO son LOVED this! Thanks for sharing!

Hey Syd - this made a great dinner for my family. We are not huge mustard fans so I was concerned but really it is a nice light flavor. I think next time I'll cut the honey back just a bit (maybe a 1/4 cup) but outside of that I'll definitely be making this recipe again. Used ingredients exactly as written. Made for the Zaar Stars tag game!

The verdict is in and it was unanimous, 5 stars for your recipe. I appreciated the fact that I always have this ingredients on hand, no last minute run to the store. I used 3 hind quarters to make mine. Basting the chicken as it bakes helps give it a golden brown finish, not to mention a wonderful flavor. This is true weather you leave the skin on or remove it before baking. The only thing I might try, is to cut the sauce done by 25% and put the chicken into a little smaller baking dish. Don't skip the basting, as it adds the wonderful visual statement to your meal. Made for Gimme 5 Game 2009 game

I'm glad I'm the first to review this recipe because all that follow will agree. This was the best tasting chicken dish that I've had in a long time. Easy to put together with basic ingredients that most people have in their home. I used only half of the 1 cup of honey that it called for which was a good choice because this amount was just enough of sweetness. I used bone-in chicken (5 pcs).
