Homemade Blueberry Muffins

This is one of my little sisters favorite foods ever..

SERVES 10 , 10 muffins (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.

    stir in the sugar.
  3. 3
    in a separate bowl whisk together egg and milk.
  4. 4
    pour the wet ingredients into the dry.
  5. 5
    add the blueberries and stir just enough to combine.
  6. 6
    divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
  7. 7
    bake the muffins on 400 18-20 minutes.
