This a total crowd pleaser. When I made this the first time, I made it with only one avacado(thats all I had) and my dad ate the whole thing. It was so good my mom drove all the way to the grocery store just to get more avacados! Amazingly Simple, Healthy, And Totally Delish! Diabetic Friendly, Egg-Free, Lactose-Free, Vegan, and Kosher!

SERVES 3 -5 , 1 Batch (change servings and units)

We loved the combination of ingredients. We did use the onion powder instead of onion for DD preferences. I think my avocadoes were small also so I only added 1 T lemon juice, 1&1/2 tsp onion powder and 1 large roma tomato. Made for Fall PAC 2009.

Very good guac! I used two large avocados, a bit more salt than called for and 4 big cloves of pressed garlic. (I love garlic!) Thanks for sharing! **Made for Fall PAC 2009**

Wow. When I made this recipe, everyone fell in love with it. The spices are perfect, the tips apply well, and everyone really enjoyed it. I've made this recipe twice now...yesterday at a party. Everyone was complimenting it and asking for the recipe. My husband loves it two, which is strange because he never liked guacamole before. Anyway, well done...especially since you're 13. Thats amazing. You're gonna go far in love -Amy
