Hokkien mee :D

SERVES 2 -4 , 2 -4 plates (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 200 g yellow flat noodles
  • 4 prawns, shells removed and deveined
  • 2 squid, sliced
  • 1 chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cai xin, cut into section
  • 2 fish cakes, sliced
  • 1 cup stock
  • 1 cup cornstarch, mixture

    • Stir-fried the prawns, squids, fish cakes and cai xin with garlic.
  2. 2
    • Set aside.
  3. 3
    • In a pot, cook the noodle with enough stock to cover it.
  4. 4
    • When the noodle is cooked, add in the seasonings, prawns, squids, fish cakes and cai xin.
  5. 5
    • Let it cook for ½ minute then slowly stir-in the corn-starch mixture to thicken the sauce.
  6. 6
    • Serve.
