This is my absolute favorite salad dressing that I learned from Chef Ken Blue at Hippocrates Health Institute during the 3-Week LifeChange Program. You can learn more about it and get more delicious and healthy recipes at my blog, http://www.hippocrateshealthlifestyle.com . It is very healthy, and very tasty. If you like tangy tastes you gotta try this recipe.

SERVES 4 -6 , 1 1/2 cups (change servings and units)
