High-Octane Olive Salsa

A salsa that tastes decidedly different because of the olives. The jalapeños add oomph. The rice vinegar can be replaced with white wine vinegar.

    Chop tomatoes, jalapeños, olives, and scallions, and mix. Add oil and vinegar; add salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste.

    Allow to cool in refrigerator for an hour before serving. Stir.
