I love how this smoothie is thick, like the ones you get at Smoothie places - no chunks of ice floating around in the liquid here. I increased the ingredients to about 1 1/2 to make two reasonable sized servings. I think it would also be great with different types of yogurt. I had some lime yogurt that sounded good too. I'll try that next time.

This is a VERY good smoothie and somehow it is way better that you'd think it would be. You look at 3 ingredients and think hm, the juice is the key, the smoothie has a deeper flavour because of it. I changed it up a bit (a lot I guess) and used Frutopia Strawberry Juice and raspberries instead of strawberries. Mmmmm, it is fresh, creamy and pure goodness. The serving size is large and 1 serving could easily be stretched to 2 servings. Made for PRMR

I used cranberry raspberry juice and it was delicious! My DD and I shared it and both agreed it was spot on tasty. We have tried a lot of smoothies and this is one of the best. Made for Veggie Swap #14 9/09.

Doubled this recipe to get 2 tall, GREAT TASTING SMOOTHIES! The only thing I added was a small scoop of vanilla protein powder! Really enjoyed the double hit of strawberry flavor! Certainly is a keeper! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Please Review My Recipe]
