Generally, I'm a rotten cook. Had a gifted can of moose and no idea what to do with it. This was my first ever stew... Actually, as I normally do not eat meat, it was my first time cooking meat! But, this turned out incredible! Rich and wholesome, perfect for a cold night in Newfoundland. The Guinness added a wonderful sweetness. Your directions were perfectly descriptive for a wannabee cook like me. Thanks!
