Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

Recipe #388872 | 17 min | 10 min prep | add private note

By: Cosima
Sep 6, 2009

This is modified from a recipe I found somewhere else here on the site. I'm a health freak, so I needed something tasty without sugar or artificial sweeteners or anything like that. I hope you enjoy them as much as my family did!

SERVES 24 , 24 cookies (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease one or two baking sheets.
  2. 2
Mix peanut butter and honey until smooth. Add egg, baking soda, and the optional ingredients, if you're using them. Beat until well-mixed.
  3. 3
Place teaspoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets, leaving space in between cookies.
  4. 4
Bake until pale gold color, about 7 minutes. Don't overcook! These can burn easily.
  5. 5
    Transfer to racks to cool.
