Healthy Oatmeal Walnut Bread (For the Bread Machine)

Quite tasty! Starting it the night before gives the yeast lots of time to work. The oatmeal makes it soft and tender. Try one tsp of yeast for even more rise

SERVES 14 , 1 1 1/2 LB Loaf (change servings and units)

    Add water, yeast, and 1 cup flour to bread pan. Mix 10 minutes. Turn off/reset machine

    Add rest of ingredients in order given
  3. 3
    Program machine for to be finished the next morning (I used 'quick white' setting, 1 1/2 LB loaf, light crust). Press start
  4. 4
    Wake up to delicious bread!
