This is one of my favorite healthy muffin, you can enjoy it without the guilt!

SERVES 9 , 9 Large muffins (change servings and units)

    add Splenda and egg.

    add melted butter and juice (any juice you like).

    add dry ingredients and bake at 375 - 20 minutes.
