The best creamy, cheesy southern homemade macaroni ever! Dedicated to Hattie Jo Davis!

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

    Melt butter in pan, mix flour, salt and pepper. Add to melted butter, pour in milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add 1 ½C cheese until melted. Put ½ Mac in casserole dish. Pour ½ cheese sauce and repeat layers, top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes.
