This recipe is super simple and very tasty. Its from The Rookie Cook- Company's Coming cookbook. We usually double it for a family of four (2 adults and 2 preschoolers) everyone loves it. We serve with homemade bread or bisuits Easy Biscuits

SERVES 2 -4 , 5 cups (change servings and units)

Directions

    Saute onions and mushrooms in cooking oil in large saucepan on medium for about 5 minutes until onion is soft.

    Add remaining 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil on medium-high.

    Reduce heat. Cover.

    Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
