Halibut Spread

I had this spread at a beautiful bed and breakfast in Alaska, Ocean Bluff B&B, on the Kenai Peninsula. I found it on their website and decided to post it. A great appetizer or bagel spread.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Fill large pot with water and add 4 tablespoons salt and 1/4 cup sugar. Bring to a boil. Cut halibut in 1" chunks. When water boils drop halibut into water. When they float, dump in strainer, and let cool. Flake with fork. Mix into softened cream cheese, garlic salt, onions and sesame seeds. Store in the refrigerator.

    Serve with crackers.
