This is a great recipe for cleaning the gunk off of your hair brushes and combs.

Ingredients
- 1 pint tap water, cold
- 1/4 cup ammonia
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid dish soap
Directions

Place the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly. Place the brush or comb in the bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes, Remove and clean off any residue with an old toothbrush. Rinse under warm, running water and allow it to dry overnight before using.
