Absolutely delish even with my minor changes! I used catfish instead of the halibut and skipped the bread totally. We served the veggies/fruits along with the fish and a tossed salad (Salad Greens with Tangy Lemon Dressing) and for dessert ice cream sandwiches. Wonderful simple summer supper which we will be having again soon — next time on bread! Thanks for sharing this keeper!
