Grilled and Marinated Zucchini

This is a fabulous addition to any grill-out!

SERVES 5 , 5 servings (change servings and units)

    Slice zucchini and yellow squash horizontally into 1/4 inch thick slices.

    Grease a casserole dish with 1 tablespoons olive oil.
  3. 3
    Place sliced zucchini and squash in greased casserole dish, add remaining olive oil on top.

    Blend sipces. sprinkle atop oily zucchini.

    Let sit for 10 minutes, grill.
