From Rachel Rae, adapted slightly because the husband hates chick peas.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Cut potato & zucchini into small pieces, and chop onion.

    Preheat olive oil in pan over medium high heat, and saute with salt and pepper (to taste) for 5-6 minutes.

    Add hominy, cannelini, and stock and bring to a boil.
  4. 4
    Stir in noodles and frozen green beans and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5
    Cook 5 minutes longer, or until noodles are cooked.
