Love Greek salads and this one definitely didn't disappoint. I did add a bit more feta cheese and I sprinkled a tiny pinch of red pepper flakes along with the oregano on top of my salad. Will definitely make this salad again. Made and Reviewed for the 12 Veg*n Swap.

Great salad that is quick and easy to fix for a meal for one! I used 1/2 of a regular cucumber but otherwise fixed as directed. Thanks for sharing!

What a yummy, easy recipe. I love Greek salads without the lettuce.
I skipped the green pepper because I don't like it. And I didn't measure the oil & vinegar; just drizzled it on.
