Grandma's Waffles

I grew up with this recipe, I could literally live off these light, fluffy, delicious waffles.

SERVES 6 -7 , 6 -7 waffles (change servings and units)

    Combine flour, baking powder, salt.

    In a separate bowl beat egg YOLKS and then add milk and butter.
  3. 3
    Combine dry mixture with egg+milk+butter mixture. Beat until smooth.

    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.Slowly add sugar, beating constantly.

    Mix 1/3 of beaten whites with batter then fold remaining whites in carefully.

    Pour around 3/4 cup of batter in waffle iron.
