This tastes pretty much like a bran muffin! I used a Bosch blender and it did leave some bits of dates, but it turned out okay. It rises well. I only used some sesame seed blended in (no sun. or raisins). These work well in the silicone pan, but stuck just a bit in a regular pan. My double batch only made 14, but the silicone pan ones were pretty large.
