This is really great! My curiosity was piqued when I saw the tomato bouillon (I don't use it often enough). I have to confess... I love kosher salt, so I used that (finely ground) instead. Honestly, this is better than any commercially-available seasoned salt blends I've tried. I'll use it in my recipes calling for seasoned salt.
