Dark chocolate and holiday spices - a great combination! The recipe comes from Stockmann's Exclusive magazine.

    Combine sugar and cream in a saucepan and bring gently to boil.
  2. 2
    Remove from heat and add butter and chocolate in small pieces; stir until butter and chocolate melt and the mixture is smooth.

    Add spices, mix.
  4. 4
    Transfer to the refrigerator and chill until the mixture is firm enough to handle.
  5. 5
    Shape into balls with moistened hands. Roll in cocoa powder.
  6. 6
    Store in the refrigerator.
