A flowing sauce with a delicate chicken just makes you mouth water.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Place 6-12 ingredients in a quart jar with a lid and shake to mix. Shake again before use.

    Mix the 2-5 ingredients together in a sauce bowl and add chicken pieces to mixture and wait for oil to heat.

    In a wok or large skillet add a small amount of oil and heat up to 400degrees.

    Place chicken in oil and move to a plate with a napkin over it.
  5. 5
    Stir mixture and then add to pan and add water if sauce gets to thick on the stove.

    Add chicken to wok and cook until all is hot and bubbly.
